Healing begins with understanding — for yourself, your emotions, and the stories that have shaped your life.

Understanding alone is not enough to release everything that still stands in your way. I believe we can understand and solve a lot with our minds — but at a certain point, structure alone is no longer enough.

The next step is building capacity. The ability to hold more — without more effort. For that, you need the body.

Trauma-Informed Mentoring as Foundation

Trauma-informed coaching is a holistic approach that supports you in releasing deep emotional, physical and mental blockages in a safe space. The focus is not on fixing something — but on connecting you with your inner wisdom and strength.

Yes, if you want to illuminate a specific topic, are going through a transition, or simply want to get to know my work first.

What's the difference to 1:1 Mentoring?

Mentoring is long-term guidance over months with weekly sessions. A single session is focused — for one topic, one moment, one clarity.

Can I switch to Mentoring afterwards?

Of course. Many clients start with a single session and then decide on a deeper container.

Where do the sessions take place?

Online via Zoom — from anywhere in the world. In Ibiza, I also offer in-person sessions.
